Timekeeper101

If you haven't noticed, I'm not really on dA nearly as much as I used to be.  I'm mainly hanging out on tumblr, now--username zjtimekeeper, or my art blog, timekeeperart (also tumblr).  Look me up if you want; I post art daily there and I reblog other fun things.  A lot of Sherlock.  But that's not all.  Warning, because it's tumblr, swearing and curse words are prevalent (since I know a few of you are sensitive to that sort of thing). And besides that... um... well, I'm still going to post things here occasionally (I need SOME place to store my high-res art examples), but since I'm more on tumblr, now, don't be surprised if I don't respond

Whether or not 2012 is going to include the apocalypse, I plan to end this year in style.  I've got an Artist Alley table lined up for ACen, and we'll see how profitable that venture will be.  (The table at the comic convention didn't go AS well as I'd hoped--I made back my table cost and then some, which was good, but it turns out fat 50-year-old geeky men don't like to buy comics from small 20-year-old geeky women, for some strange reason.  I could rant about my theories on why that is, but I'm not going to.) Anyway, this is going to be the year of success.  I am resolved to make this year one of artistic growth and excellence, regardless

(Okay, so I'm not as cool as any Strider I know of in fiction, whether it be Bro, Dave, or Aragorn.  But still.) But I am going to be (marginally) pro. On December 18th, I will be selling volume one of the new and improved Heart at the Ash Comic Show in Indy.  If you can't make it but still want to buy comics (please do!!), lemme know and we'll figure out Paypalness and shipping.  It's 22 pages long, black and white, dimensions 8.25x10.5 inches.  Also will be selling sketch commissions. If all goes well at Ash, I'll be trying to get tables at other cons around the Midwest, since I need the cash.  And I'll be selling: :bulletblue:  handmad
